First of all, I think I asked the question a few days ago, but I can't find it anywhere nor received any response. So in case, I didn't ask and this is a duplicate, please kindly let me know.
The question is about responder alert, when enabled, the system automatically set up an integration between Jira and Opsgenie using default API integration rather than the other app integration type. However, I am not able to customize the integration at all, when setting rules for creating or deleting. Most settings got ignored and some setting will result in an alert but not able to acknowledge them.
Do I understand this incorrectly? Is there a way to customize responder alert? Thank you.
