is it possible to save a ticket resolved in the knowledge base and how can we display this solution for the user when they try de create case?

welcome to the Community!
You can insert a ticket from Jira using the macro Jira. To use this macro click on the "+" symbol in the confluence editor page and the click on "macro", then search for Jira.
Then you can search for your ticket with a basic JQL.
