Hi community :)
I am the product manager for SLAs in JSM. Since a lot of customers ask for increasing the time goal limits, we are revisiting these limits as part of SLA improvements.

Before we start work on this feature, we are looking for feedback from customers. If you have already exhausted your limit or expect to do it in near future, we would like to understand your use case better.
