Is it possible for the requester/service desk customer to transition the status of their created ticket?

Hi @Raymart Cruz 

Yes, it is possible to transition the issue from the portal side. Please contact your Jira admin and ask him to enable "Show transition in the customer portal" option.

Jira admin can add the new resolutions in the Issues section, please contact your Jira admin and ask to add "Cancel Request" resolution.
