We have a Customer Portal designed in 3 different languages.
The translation of the Request Type description is not working in the agent's ticket view.
For example, a customer opens a ticket in a German language profile with a description of the request type in German.
The Agent, with a German profile, sees only the English description of the Request Type.
What I have to change, that the Agent sees the description in the language of his profile?

Just to make sure I understand your issue correctly. The description:
- on the list view: it is always displayed in English no matter the language chosen in your profile settings
- on the the request view: it is always displayed in the language chosen in your profile settings
Is this correct? Or it a different pattern you noticed?
