See statement below from an Atlassian resource for Jira Service Mgmt for Request type/issue view.
- Adding a field to a screen will make it appear in the Issue view for all request types that share the same issue type. You’ll need to manually remove the field from any request types where it’s not required.
- Question is this saying the removed fields will only impact the request type it is removed from? Meaning other Screens who use the same Issue type will not be changed.
- Any changes you make to a screen will affect all issue types that use that screen.
- This change mentioned is referring to the Screen section within Project settings correct? Not within a specified Request Type.
