Remove a tabel from a mail when creating ticket

Hi,

We have a large signature and want to remove it when if a mail is send to Jira.

I use know the Mail Signature Remover, this does part of the work, the Images have been removed.

But still there is text I want to remove.

Or even beter if there is an option to remove a table, our signature is in a table.

I waas looking in Automation but could not get it work there.

Any suggetions?

With first and  last string is unfortunatly not an option.

Is it possible to find the first and last strings of the signature - and then just delete everything inbetween?

Could be an alternative, as I don't believe there's a smart value for a table value.

Why can't you use first/last string?

Are there any other unique identifiers you could reference (which are text), where the table is inbetween?

Sorry for the late response.

I tried 1st and last string but if the string is repeated due to a mail conversation it will remove everthing inbetween.
