Relevant articles in JSM issues

Melle van Keulen March 3, 2022

I've searched through the community but all tips and instructions don't seem to help. The problem is that irrelevant KB articles keep showing up when you access the KB articles from an issue.

Many say use labels and summary to link relevant articles to issues but it doesn't seem to work. Does anyone have any tips on how to make sure only relevant articles will show up?

By default the service desk is going to try and match off of keywords in the title and body.  If you are using a company managed project you can add labels to the confluence pages and then associate that label with the issue type.  It will limit the articles in jira with the specific label associated to the issue type.
