We've migrated from Halp and there is a feature that used to work but appears to now be broken.
If a colleague messages me in Slack and then I want to turn that into a ticket, I am able use the shortcut 'Raise a request' via the Atlassian Assist Slack app.
This used to create a ticket from it.
However, it now pops up and asks me to choose the request type (including one called 'Migrated From Halp') and then doesn't even attempt to populate the ticket information from the DM (which it used to).
Has something changed? Am I doing something wrong? I am rather at a loss...
