I can not find anywhere the configuration required for public access.. I really dont know what to do anymore.
I want my customers to have access to the helpesk portal without the need to create an account. I am on a free version.

You should be able to go into the customer permissions and tweak them to allow public access. I've attached a KB from JSM Support with more information. Hope that helps.
