Problem with identity providers

We have an older Identity Provider that we want to disconnect, but i can't do it because first i need to do:
* Delete SAML configuration
* Delete user provisionning configuration
* Link domains to a different directory

But when i enter to the Directory that we have, keeps loading and then shows an error:
"Something went wrong: 
google workspace configuration could not be retrieved"

I assumed you followed the instructions from this link on disconnecting your old IDP setup -

https://support.atlassian.com/provisioning-users/docs/disconnect-your-identity-provider/

So now you are trying to delete the call out of it from the UI?  right?

It is not 100% clear on what you are trying to do now.  Please advise, so we can assist you better.

Lastly, you may want to reach out to Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for further assistance since they can access the backend system logs.

Hi Joseph! That's the problem, when i'm trying to follow the instructions, for example deleting SAML config, i can't because just keeps loading the Directory (Identity 2) and doesn't show any other option


i don't know if there's another option to disable this besides that way

BTW: The only action that allows to me to do it it's link domains, when i try to do it, throws this error:
