Priority Levels in Task

I am having people use tickets as purchase orders.

All the tickets have a default priority of Medium.

How do I change this so they can choose from low, medium or high?

Hi @Mary Petrakakos

Is the Priority field on the Request Form for that Request Type?

You can check/change that as a Project Admin:

  1. Go to Project Settings
  2. Select Request Types from the left-hand menu
  3. Select the relevant Request Type from the list
  4. Ensure the field "Priority" is on the Request Form - if not, drag it from the right-hand menu onto the form
  5. Press Save changes

^ This should let users set their own Priority during ticket creation.

Note: If you are using Forms in place of the standard request form, select Forms from the left-hand menu (i.e in Step 2 above), select your Form, and check/edit it here instead.
