Preciso criar um chamado em um projeto e fazer o mesmo ser encaminhado para outro projeto.

Olá pessoal. 

Explicando melhor, gostaria de saber se é possivel , por exemplo: 

Chamado aberto no projeto departamente pessoal, após a resolução do mesmo automaticamente ser encaminhado para o financeiro para seguir com o mesmo ticket

To do this, there are some ways to resolve.

First option: move the ticket between projects (it's not the best approach, because the SLA time in each project)

Second option: create a linkedissue after the resolution in the project financeiro and make the issues and SLAs in each project independent and easy tracking
