Possibility to edit subject line in email notification when approver required

We want to edit the subject line on something like "APPROVAL NEEDED".I edit notifications via "Customer Notifications" but the editing subject option is not there.

I don't want to change templates. Some advice?

Welcome to the community.  Unfortunately, the subject line can only be updated from the template associated to each JSM project based on my experience out of the box.

There may be some 3rd party add-ons from Marketplace which can fulfill your ask.
