Portal request not showing in queue

Hi all,

I am able to see a request submitted via portal in projects queue however, when I go to portal to view all requests across all projects, I am unable to see this request.  The request number is XXX-412 and is in an open status.  I have not filtered the portal view for specific status, creator, etc.  See below image of request in project and portal.  The portal is sorted on reference descending so XXX-412 should be at the top of the list.  Additionally, searching on XXX-412 returned zero results.

Please go to the issue (in Jira, not on the portal) and check if the Request type field is filled with value.
