Hi Jira community!
I have a select list field in one of our Jira forms but instead hard-coding the values for the options, I wanted to fetch the values from an external MySQL database. I can pull these information via an endpoint script but I am looking for ways to push this information to the select list.
Is this possible and what are the options to do this?
Thank you
Hi @alison_perez ,
As per my knowledge, this is feature is not available out of the box.
You can try third party apps like External Data for Jira Fields
Thanks for clarifying about its native support. I will check External Data for Jira Fields.

I've never used it before, but did you try using Data Connections for Forms yet?
Hope this helps!
