Hello @Suporte JRetail ,

If  you are referring to the "My requests" page or the View Request pages on the portal, out of the box you are very limited. You can try the app we created - Advanced Portal Reports. It will allow your portal customers to view many fields on View Request and My Request pages on the portal, also to search easier, export to Excel, etc.

Hi @Suporte JRetail

It's Aleksandra from Deviniti ðŸ‘‹

If you're looking for more customization of the columns available to customers on the requests list, and you're open to using a plugin, I encourage you to check out our My Requests Extension app.

It allows you to add, change and reorder the displayed columns on Requests list, but also sort requests by any column and use quick filters to navigate through the page.

Feel free to try it yourself!

Cheers,
Aleksandra

Hi @Aleksandra Bosacka _Deviniti_

I already have tryied "My Requests Extension", but I can't find where the option to add new coluns is in this extension.

When I try adding it just say's that no matches were found.

Perhaps would you know where this option is?

Thanks for the reply!

In the My Requests Extension app, you can choose which fields will be available in columns by enabling the "Column" toggle next to the specific field under Jira settings > Apps > My Request Extension > Get Started > Configuration -> Fields configuration.

Also, if you're logged in as admin, you will be able to navigate directly to configuration with this button:

Here, on the Fields configuration page, you will find a list of all fields that can be enabled for either columns or criteria. For more details, I encourage you to see this chapter in our online documentation

Please let me know if it worked well!

@Suporte JRetail -

Can you provide more clarification on your asks?  Are you asking what customer sees in the portal UI via the Requests button?

hi @Joseph Chung Yin

In my language it is called customer center, but I think the name acutally is help center, where the customer that opened an request can see the status, and other sort of things, I wanted to add new colluns to that view.

@Suporte JRetail -

Unfortunately, currently you can only add column from what is listed in the UI and are not able to add new custom fields for the columns -

This is stated in Atlassian guide - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/customize-the-columns-in-your-customers-requests-list/

Hi @Suporte JRetail

Just to clarify, are you speaking with regards to viewing requests in the help center (the external portal view after the customer raises a request in one of the portals they have access to)?

If so,

Each customer is able to sort and filter their requests by the following parameters:

  • Request status - for example, open or closed.
  • Request type - for example, feature requests or bugs.
  • Created by - for example, created by me or created by someone else, but shared with me.

Furthermore, if you’re looking to customize the columns in your customers' requests list

To make sure that your customers see the most relevant information about their requests and find what they’re looking for faster, you can customize the columns they see in their requests list. For example, you may want your customers to see when a request was raised, but you may not want them to see who is assigned to the request.

Feel free to check out the article linked above for more details or let me know if this is something that you’re not quite looking for!

Best,

Hamza

Anyways, this article sends me to a page that I can't add, only edit the coluns that are already there, as it shows in the print bellow.
