Pending Customer Satisfaction Report View

Hi, is there any possibility of view those issue tickets that are already closed or completed, but is yet rating by users from the report view? 

I've activated the 'Collect Customer Satisfaction Report'. And is able to view the default report view of 'Satisfaction'.

Using JQL as shown below for filter can be done:

Satisfied IS EMPTY
