We have an Opsgenie account created from having Jira Service Desk. We want to add SolarWinds as well but when I click on the link in the documentation, It tells me I do not have permission to view the page.
Does the Opsgenie account we have only work with Jira products? Will we have to upgrade to a higher tier to use Opsgenie for other services?

Hi @Justi Lawson two questions are you the admin for your account? And which Jira Service Management plan are you using? Both of these could be a factor.
Thanks!
Kate

When you click the link: https://app.opsgenie.com/settings/integration/add/Solarwinds
In the browser window, does it show the name of yourinstance.opsgenie.com/settings
For example:vKatesinstance.opsgenie.com/settings/solarwinds?

When I click on it, it redirects me to the following:
https://'ourCompanyName'.app.opsgenie.com/error-page/403

Ok it seems that it's a dynamic link that isn't redirecting properly, I'll have the documentation team take a look at it.
In the mean time, to set up the SolarWinds integration:
From Jira Service Management, click on "Alerts." Once Opsgenie is open, from the top navigation click "Settings"
From the menu bar on the left, select integrations. Type SolarWinds into the search and all the SolarWinds integrations will pop up, you should be able to continue to set it up from there.
Best,
Kate

I don't see an option to select Integrations.. I have Integrations (non clickable) then under it just an option to select 'Slack'.

Never mind, figured it out. Have to set up the team then go to integrations from the Team tab.
Not.... Settings > Integrations.
