De acuerdo a la informacion que nos entrega Jira al hacer las automatizaciones tenemos que:
Esto quiere decir que, deberias configurar la automatizacion para que el trigger se active cuando el campo "X" sea modificado y luego al cuerpo del mensaje entregarle los valores:
- {{fieldChange.fromString}}, que es igual al valor anterior del campo
- {{fieldChange.toString}} que es igual al valor actual del campo.
El problema con esta regla de automatizacion es que solo te permite tomar el valor de un campo a la vez, es decir, si quisieras enviar notificaciones por 3 campos diferentes, la automatizacion enviaría 3 correos.
