I was wondering there is no equivalent ticket created on the added Microsoft email account in email requests. However I received mails in the provided email address.
Also the Status is "No problems found with email settings configuration. Successfully connected to the specified email server."

also log into your email account and see if the emails are actually in the inbox.
I already saw the issue when I email the Admin account it is the one who created the ticket not the email address that I added on the email requests. How to fix it? it is a newly created system.
