Post the recent Change from JIRA service desk to JIRA Service Management help, i dont see an option to onboard a new User to my existing project.

Can anyone suggest the URL wherein i can raise new user onboarding request?

If I understand correctly, your company's Jira has been upgraded to a more recent version, you used to have the possibility to raise an onboarding request for a new user and that is no longer there?

Unless I have misunderstood your question, that is a question you best raise with the Jira Administrator at your company. This is a public forum and the internal url's at your company are not (and should not be) known to us.
