Name and Introduction Text is not editable in portal configuration

Hi,

I have site admin access for JIRA service management project.

I am able to edit project name and key from project settings/details but while trying to change project name and introduction text from portal settings/portal settings not find edit option.

Other options are editable for me in portal configuration window such as logo etc.

Hi Ankit,

Double check if you are an Admin of the specific project.

Site admins are able to modify the Project settings, but you'll actually need to add yourself to the project as an Admin to make some changes.

Yes, that worked after adding my self as an administrator for that specific project and I thought I have Organization and Site Admin which should work.
