Hi!
we are using multiplier in the workflow to assign approver value to azure ad manager of the reporter.
since December we start to have some problem with that.
when a user raise a ticket, multiplier logs that the user has no manager, but if i open multiplier from the issue it show the correct manager.
we paid upgrade the license, but the problem persist.
i wrote to the dev but no answer.
someone could help me?
