Modify request type and description

Hi there,

Excuse the basic question but I couldn't find the answer in the help center. How do I modify request types name and description?

Context:
I'm trying to configure a support portal (company-wide project). I used a template and deleted some request types.

Now I want to change their name and description and can't manage to do it. This article mentions "request form" but I don't see it.

The only "form" mention I see is "Forms" on the leftnav, and it's empty (therefore it cannot be related to the request types).

HI! @Marta 

Project Settings -->  Request ypes --> select the requesttype you want to modify --> then click on the summary of the request type

from there you will be able to modify the name of the request type

Hi Marta - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Click on Project Settings then select Request Types. 

This will bring you to the Request Form where you can change the Request type description. 

Simply click on the Request Type name to change it.
