I'm not sure if I selected the correct service, but I'm working on automating a service project.
Everything is working fine. When a user creates a service request, I have it set up to create a master ticket along with about 6 subtaks.
The issue I'm having is the master ticket list the subtasks but it also shows the linked issues (which are the same). I would like to only show the subtasks, as showing both is redundant and just requires extra scrolling.
I thought I had seen other people post about this issue, but they said the issue resolved itself (these were post from 2022). I just created this yesterday so it looks like it is still an issue.
