Mail Body is not memorised in Comments when Customer replies.


I have two SD projects in one instance with two separated incoming mails.

When a customer sends a mail the issue is correctly created in the project (according to the used email address mail 1 -> project 1, mail 2 -> project 2).

But, when a Customer replies to a mail:

  • Project 1: the body of the mail is correctly placed in the Comment of the Issue (even if in the meantime the Issue Type changed)
  • Project 2: a new issue is always created ...

I set the Mail Handlers like this:

The Mail Handler that works properly is the first one.

Anybody able to suggest a solution, I must be doing something wrong.
