Hi
I have two SD projects in one instance with two separated incoming mails.
When a customer sends a mail the issue is correctly created in the project (according to the used email address mail 1 -> project 1, mail 2 -> project 2).
But, when a Customer replies to a mail:
I set the Mail Handlers like this:
The Mail Handler that works properly is the first one.
Anybody able to suggest a solution, I must be doing something wrong.
