Hi @Vera Valshonok ,

Unfortunately, it does not seem possible to do this with the default features of jira and automation. Unfortunately, it does not seem possible to do this with the default features of jira and automation. However, you can send mail with October by using popular plugins such as scriptrunner, JMWE etc.

You can also find a solution to this problem with the rest API

Hi @Vera Valshonok

What is your use case?

Suppose an issue has several attachments. They would be sent by email notification every time the event is triggered. This could be Issue Updated, a Generic Event or if you want to "filter it", a custom event.

To whom would you like to send/include the attachment(s) of an issue? The Reporter/Customer? A third-party (supplier)?

Yes, we want the email notification to be sent every time specific field in the ticket is updates, it is set in our automation, We want the last attachment of the ticket to be sent in the email notification is possible.

I think we need the attachment to be sent to a user of our jira, inside the company or a customer
