Hello, not sure this is the right place but couldn't find where. We're looking to get help from a Jira expert to set up our service desk for incident management (bugs and data issues) + gather customer feedback (new features, improvements). Experience with data projects would be very good.

Hi @Jessica Walker , based on your post I would recommend that you reach out to Atlassian partners. You can look at that site and find a partner near you. The community can certainly help if there are some specific questions that you might have. But if you want someone to work hand-in-hand with you, looking at your system then you definitely want to either hire a full-time Jira administrator or seek out a partner..
