Has anyone successfully linked Issues (Incidents) to Alerts & vice versa? I have the ability to Create Incident from an Alert, but after doing so, there is no link between the issue & alert, making it a very manual and tedious process to keep both updated with the resolution.
Ideally, I want to create a linked incident from an alert, and close the alert once the issue is resolved.
I have a Sync set up, but again can't seem to figure out how to link individual alerts & issues
