Link in Jira email

Alison Files October 18, 2022

An email gets sent when a ticket is created and there is a link in that email to view the ticket.  Recently, our link has changed and I don't know how to change the link in the email to go to the new url.

Any help would be appreciated.

@Alison Files My guess is that you need to update the customer notifications.  You need to be a project admin to make this change.  Here is an article on how to make updates to these emails. https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver/managing-service-project-notifications-939926348.html

How is the email being sent? With Jira Automation? A filter subscription? Some other way?
