Yesterday we upgraded Jira Service Management 5.12.7 and today we can see that customfields with long names are written over the input field. Before the upgrade these customfields had a line break.
As we can see this is only affecting issue which is created through our Portal and Emails (mapping the body to fields).
Anyone who have the same issue?
This is interesting, do you have an example by any chance? (Screenshot would be great).
And would you know if this is isolated to a certain field type? (e.g Dropdown, Radio Buttons etc)
