Jira portal link

Edited

Hello,

We have application "Jira Service Management (Cloud)" and this app have been registered to portal link - https://test-guava.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1

And i have a question - how can i rename this portal link? and is it possible?

I would like to rename this link portal to https://guava.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1

All screenshots in attachment.

I would be very grateful if you could help.

Thanks in advance.

See https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/changing-the-cloud-instance-url-address-or-migrating-to-a-new-cloud-instance-691011835.html

But given there are a number of things called "guava", you may find it already used.

Hi Nic,

Thanks, i will check it

Hi Nic, i have read the manual but in my project i can`t find this option "Products > Product URLs"

My project screenshot in attachment.

Can you help me with this.

Thanks in advance.

Update the product URL
You need to be an organization admin to do this.

To update a product URL:

Go to admin.atlassian.com, Select your organization if you have more than one.

Select Products > Product URLs.

For the site you want to update, select Update URL.

Enter the beginning of the new site URL. You’ll need to enter at least 3 characters. You can use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens if they’re in the middle of the name.

Select Continue.

You’ll see the list of products that will use the new URL. Select Update to confirm you want to change the URLs.

It may take up to 5 minutes for the change to take place.

This is my project

Products URL of my project.png

"Products" should be a link in the top level horizontal menu.  From the top of your screenshot, I would expect to find

Atlassian Administration | test-guava | Overview | Directory | Products | <others>

I always miss the options in there, and always start looking in the left-side panel, you're not alone!

Thanks for the tip, but in my top panel i can`t find information about it

And i have all access rights as administrator

You don't have site administration rights, only user admin, you'll need to talk to your site administrators.
