Jira and Jira Service Desk not sending webhook notifications to different project and channels

I have been trying to send webhook notifications out of Jira Service Desk, Jira and other software projects independently from each other to our chat tools such as Mattermost and Microsoft Team, based on need of our different teams such as QA, UI, Back End, IT etc.. However, webhook is not working as expected. Is there a way to create separate webhooks for different projects, teams or channels so one team cannot see others' notifications? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
