Jira & MS Teams add on

We have a request from a segment of our project group within our company to integrate Jira Cloud with MS Teams. Since I am new to the Admin role in Jira, I have a few questions: 

• Can this be “activated” for a subset of the org, or is it an all-or-nothing deployment for all of Jira and the company? Our company does use Teams, hence I am sensitive to any changes I could introduce to Teams.  
• If someone doesn’t have a Jira license, but Jira is integrated with Teams, how would someone without a license use it?
• What does it take to do this? ie. is the installation as easy as it reads? 
• What is the feedback from the Jira community on adding Teams?  Has anyone ever done it and had problems?
• Is there documentation that explains the installation, uses and addresses any issues which have occurred in the past?

• If someone doesn’t have a Jira license, but Jira is integrated with Teams, how would someone without a license use it? The user in teams will see notifications based on how they are set up but without a Jira license they won't be able to click links, create issues, comment on issue, etc.
• What does it take to do this? ie. is the installation as easy as it reads? It is pretty easy. See the article I shared above.
• What is the feedback from the Jira community on adding Teams?  Has anyone ever done it and had problems? I have done it and don't recall any issues that I could not overcome.
• Is there documentation that explains the installation, uses and addresses any issues which have occurred in the past?  See above

In our env, we don't use Team.  However, it should be straight forward for the integration to be established.
