Hello everyone,
Hope everyone is safe!
A few months ago we posted an article sharing all the new articles and documentation that we, the AMER Jira Service Management team created.
As mentioned back then, we always want you to have the best experience when searching for help. We understand that sometimes the fastest way to get help or find a solution for a specific problem is by searching on Google or even here in our Community where we have a great collaboration from Atlassian, Community Leaders, Marketplace partners, and you, our Customers.
We are always improving and creating new documentation based on problems we see on a daily basis but we know that Jira Service Management has so many features and sometimes we don't cover everything in public documentation.
With all this said, we now want to hear from you!
Is there any documentation that you didn't find the proper solution or is there something that you would like us to create a How-To or Step by step guide?
If there are topics that you believe are missing documentation, we would love to know so we can create them and share them with you.
We created the form below with two questions where you can share your ideas:
The form is anonymous and we will triage all the responses and work on those where no documentation exists or on those where it might be incomplete or need some update.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Warm regards,
Angélica
