Hello
We want to connect Jira Service Desk and Slack (or similar tool) in a way that the agent can start a chat discussion with the customer so it will be discrete and isolated (so other customers will not see discussion and no customer can see other customers) .
Do you think it's possible with Slack and JSD? or any other tool? or what add-on is required ?
