Jira Asset Management: Linking Inbound References to Tickets

Hello!

I've got a question regarding Jira Asset Management, without our ITSM. We use the asset management for several things, including recording employees, departments, etc. I have an automation that links the Employee asset with that of a created ticket, by way of "Name LIKE "{{reporter.displayName}}"" - which then, within the Asset View, can show tickets linked to the employee.

I'm wondering, is there a way to see what tickets are linked to an entire department, by way of employee-link? Or would I have to start linking the departments to tickets, as well?

Hi @Erik George

Yes, then you will have to link issues based to the department to have an department object on each employe that has been set with a value on the employee asset.
