JSM aspect issues

Does anyone know why the complete menu does not appear, in section 1 previously the section of queues and other options appeared and in section 2 we had the option to respond to the client, attached image VS another portal of ours.

The first screenshot you included where you are not seeing all the options is from a user that have access to Jira and can browse your JSM project. Users with access to Jira can only add internal notes to JSM requests.

The second screenshot if from a user that is an agent and have been assigned a JSM license, hence they are seeing the full agent view and can reply to the customer.

Thanks Mikael, In both cases we are logging in as administrator, and this is how the screens come out, this change was from one day to the next.
