hi
Does anyone know if it is possible to perform a jql search for all jira tickets that have KB article linked to them ?
Can you mention what KB article refers in the ticket? Is that a field ?

By using JQL query we can filter the tickets which is linked with the KB field.
Do you need a Query for that?
If yes then make a screenshot of that field to make a JQL Query to filter the tickets.

In JQL there is no system field which is in-built as Knowledge base. We can't filter the tickets linked to Knowledge base.
If you have created a field like Knowledge base then we can filter the data which you have entered in that field. Apart from that we can't pull the tickets using JQL.

ok thank you @Asmath Basha S I think they should look to incorporate this atleast in the future. It would be a good way to identify the which articles are proving to be helpful and those kinds of statistics.
