We use the custom chart dashboard app. When we click on the dashboard, we have an error query:
Erreur dans la requête JQL : un opérateur est anticipé mais ')' est mentionné à la place. Les opérateurs valides sont '=', '!=', '<', '>', '<=', '>=', '~', '!~', 'IN', 'NOT IN', 'IS' et 'IS NOT'. (ligne 1, caractère 8)
We didn't change anything however, we start receiving this message.
Can you help us.

Could you please share the JQL query used in your Custom chart gadget? Share a screenshot with us maybe to help us understand the issue?

Thank you for your reply and your help.
Here is a screenshot of our query . We did also notice that in the JQL queries that have characters strings between parenthesis we receive the error message as shown below.
