Hi there, i am having issues with my jira service management board where the emails are not received by service management board to create ticket. I have tried to login to 'Project Settings' > 'Email requests' but it is stuck in a loading loop.
Please advise ASAP as this is currently affecting our support emails coming in. Please refer to attachment.

The reason i posted here is because i have tried to submit to support, but when i pressed the submit support, it was looping as well. I did not encounter that anywhere else. Ill try with another browser just incase.
