hi,
I have different roles created in Jira Service Management, in a specific project.
Depending on the agent role, you can see some requests or others, each one only their own. This is configured in the 'Security level' section.
One of these users wants to make API calls to obtain information for reports...at this point I have a question...
I am clear that at the level of JQL filters, even if it searches for everything without a filter, the system only shows its incidents, but, at the level of API calls, will the system return the information of all the incidents created in the project? Or does the established security level apply?
Thank you very much and greetings
The simple answer is that the REST API respects the settings (including permissions and security) that you have configured.
