Issue using virtual agent and Atlassian intelligence

have set everything up as described but the virtual agent which is supposed to search the associated Confluence site is not returning anything. Other answers suggested you needed to Label the confluence pages which we already have ?

The Virtual agent works ok with intents but not Atlassian intelligence.

The slack channel keeps asking you rephrase the question and then leads to creating a ticket

can anyone help ?

In the "Knowledge Base" section of the project settings, where the Spaces are added, I had to set the "Who can view" option to "All logged-in users". Before I changed that setting, I was getting the same "please rephrase" response every time.

I get same results. Virtual Agents seems not functional using Slack.
