Is it possible to create tickets after the approval process in JSM ?
We need a requirement of 2 approvers to approving for the ticket to be created and need to know any others ways for implementing it.
Flow:
They will use the portal forms to submit and will update there approvers and once they approve/decline, ticket should be created or it should not be created. If it is possible by anyways please let me know or guide me or give me a explained reason ?

The approval process exists in the workflow. So you need to have an existing ticket to have an approval process in the first place.
Best practice would be to automatically close the ticket if the approval is declined.
