The email connector service can fail when users modify form fields, or credentials change.

We aren't necessarily immediately equipped to notice this and check the event log.

Is there any way to receive alerts when errors appear in the processing and/or connectivity logs in Jira Service Management's email requests processing?

This is related to JST-787942

I have figured out a way around this.

I created a PowerAutomate flow that retrieves unread emails from the support mailbox, counts them, and if there are more than 1, it sends a service alert in our service monitoring system. This is a jank solution, but better than what I can find from Atlassian :(
