We are trying to hide the users when respond to costumers on "Reply to costumers".
Is there a way to make any user anonymous? Like changing to the team's name.

thanks for your question! You should be able to set the sender name to the name of the portal, via project settings > customer notifications > sender name.

Hopefully this helps, as my Portuguese is quite poor and I wasn't sure what should be changed in the screenshot 🙂
