Hello,
Does anyone know of a way to either filter or hide external comments on an active ticket? During some of our troubleshooting steps, there may be dozens of comments between an employee and a customer, but when they go back to the ticket to post a summary of the issue, or to use an internal note to reach out to other team members, those notes get lost.
Is there any way to filter those out, or has anyone used any extensions/apps for this?
