Our Jira Customer Service desk portal is currently not open to the public. We have to add in an account in order for our customers to access our service desk portal. We need to keep it this way for how our company/client relationships work.
Is there a way to add a customized form on the portal login page for customers to request access to the service desk portal?
You could create a public project with the form in question. When the form is submitted, automation rules can automatically copy the issue over to the primary project.
