Is possible create an automation to assign Round Robin to a techs per week instead of per ticket

Hello team ...trying to create an auto that will trigger the round robin every week instead of each time a ticket is teachA has all incoming tickets for the week ...then on monday 9am TechB will be assigned all incoming tickets in a project....and so on. I dont want to use OpsGenie for this...thank you in advance

Hi @Rob,

It may be an easy workaround to just assign to the project lead and update that project lead at the beginning of each week. As your approach implies a longer period of time, that will most likely imply changes to your longer term plan anyway.
