Hello team ...trying to create an auto that will trigger the round robin every week instead of each time a ticket is created...so teachA has all incoming tickets for the week ...then on monday 9am TechB will be assigned all incoming tickets in a project....and so on. I dont want to use OpsGenie for this...thank you in advance
It may be an easy workaround to just assign to the project lead and update that project lead at the beginning of each week. As your approach implies a longer period of time, that will most likely imply changes to your longer term plan anyway.
